The trolleys are too small for the task

On page 5 of the Roodepoort Northsider, the article about dustbin diggers states that 100 yellow bins were distributed to homeowners in Sector 7.

It states that ‘this allowed households to separate all plastic waste from their general waste’. What about glass, paper and metal? I have used shopping bags to separate my recyclables and I just place these next to the black bins which the trolley guys pick through, and they know that they don’t have to excavate my bin.

The picture also shows trolleys that are too small for the task [of carting away all the recyclable material]!
