WATCH: House robbery caught on camera in Weltevreden Park

A local security company has shared footage of how a residence in Weltevreden Park was ransacked by a group of robbers travelling in a Mazda 6 on 7 February.

According to the Urban Secure post, the house robbery took place at about 10.35am. The security company wrote that the entire robbery took just 6 minutes from start to finish.

BOLOA client of ours unfortunately became another victim of a house robbery yesterday at around 10h35 in Weltevreden Park. The suspects took all of 6min to lift the gate, kick down the front door, load goods and leave. Please be vigilant. This is camera footage from the robbery. Registration number: XCB639GP

The footage shows the men struggling with the gate and after some time managing to open it. As a result, the vehicle is seen entering the property in reverse and then seen loading all the stolen valuables.
